Calligraphy, fonts, typography… the art of words. I’ve always been in love with it.

My handwriting has always been something I’m overcritical about and it has changed frequently since 1st grade. It’s been big, little, ALL CAPS, all lowercase, an aNnoYInG mIx oF bOTh, and everything in between. At one point, I even dotted my “i”‘s with large circles like “o”. A little weird, I know, but I thought it looked more artistic – my 5th grade teacher did not.
So, I’m putting this out there to the universe. I want to learn how to do calligraphy. Not necessarily for business purposes, but more my own personal bucket list. Any ideas on where one can do this? It doesn’t look like Michaels or A.C. Moore has it on their upcoming schedules. I have an email in to Boscov’s… seems so weird, but I’ll go with it.
And by the way, in my search for some beautiful pieces, I found this invite addressed to a Refrigeration Boulevard North in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Uhm… where is Refrigeration Boulevard North????

My best guess is that the invite you’ve found (addressed to Bob Vance) is from the TV show The Office =)
Oh! That would make sense. Duh, danielle….
