To put it simply: Without Danielle, our wedding would not have been the amazing day it was.

We toured our venue because of Danielle’s confidence in them and how well she thought they’d fit us. Photographer, florist, DJ, makeup, photo booth, & officiant were all recommendations from her. Danielle is amazing at fitting personalities and visions together. We wanted our wedding to be relaxed and fun. Danielle and the people that she recommended never made me feel like I wasn’t planning “the right way” (but I heard this from other potential vendors I found on my own). With that said, Danielle is not a yes-woman: I had complete confidence that if I had a stupid or potentially disastrous idea, she would call me on it and help find a better solution. Her knowledge was invaluable throughout the planning process and without her, I would have spent countless additional hours researching things. Danielle is extremely responsive to email: I often had an answer within 15 minutes of asking a question. We ran into some potentially serious issues the week of the wedding; Danielle took the reins and I had complete confidence that it would be okay. When she looked me in the eye and said ‘I got this’, I knew she did (and being able to do that is normally completely out of character for me)!

On our wedding day, Danielle and her assistant, Shannon, were there from the beginning of the day until the very end, shining the entire time. When I needed someone, Danielle was instantly by my side, often already taking care of whatever needed to be done (and doing a ton that I didn’t even know about until after). Her amazingly detailed timeline for the day was spot-on and I never could have done what she did. It was so calming having her there wearing her many hats: director, holder of knowledge, vendor point-person, wedding party-wrangler. Thank you Danielle (and Shannon) for all the hard work on our wedding – it would not have been the same without you!

I don’t know where to begin; to say that Danielle and her assistant were fantastic would be understatement! When I first told my family I hired a wedding coordinator, they weren’t exactly open to the idea. They truly thought I was crazy and that it was not necessary. I decided to include them in my meetings with Danielle, so she would be able to explain what her role was for my special day to my family. I also want them to see what I saw in Danielle. From the first time I met Danielle, I knew I could trust her, and I felt I had known her for years. Danielle made me feel comfortable and stress free knowing my wedding would be exactly how I imagined it!

My plan was a success; my family fell in love with her. Fast forward to the rehearsal and wedding, Danielle was everything we could have imagined. Not only did she take stress off of me, but also my family. We were all able to enjoy our day and celebrate, and not have to worry about anything! I truly had a perfect wedding, the one of my dreams, and Danielle and her assistant, were right there for me and making my wedding spectacular!

I would recommend Danielle to the moon and back. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Danielle is an investment well spent! She is endlessly knowledgable and always available for you to pick her brain. There is a lot to consider when planning a wedding, much I had little or no knowledge of. Danielle had the experience and expertise to help me with all planning woes. She put me at ease knowing I didn’t need to duplicate myself to get everything done right, I could count on her. No worries on your wedding day = priceless

First and foremost, if I were to sit here and say all of the amazing things I could possibly say about Danielle Pasternak and her team, we would be here all day. However, I’ll start here. When I first met Danielle a year before our wedding, my ideas were all over the place and I was kind of stressed out about my endless possibilities. However, I remember she gave me the best advice. She said, “Your wedding day is going to be all about you and Tim. Make sure your theme or décor is exactly what you have dreamed about your entire life and represents both yours and Tim’s relationship”. After much thinking and planning we decided on “the key to happiness” we wanted a fairytale, romantic, look to our wedding.

Danielle pointed us in all of the right directions – even referred us to the most amazing and professional vendors. She truly made our day so special. We are so lucky and grateful to have had her with us the entire day. It was nice to know that anything we needed, ANYTHING, we were at ease knowing Danielle and her team were there to take care of it. Her ever-famous timeline was so detail-oriented and definitely made the day so smooth for everyone involved. She answered every call, text, email in minutes.

From the beginning of planning until the very end, Danielle made everything absolutely perfect and the wedding day was flawless. Not only is she very organized and reliable, but she has this comfortable and calming feeling about her that almost makes you feel as though you have known her all of your life. Not only did I go to find a wedding coordinator for my wedding, I came out with a friend.

Thank you, Danielle and team from the bottom of our hearts. For the first time I didn’t have a care in the world and really just got to enjoy my day. I am such a control freak so anyone who knows me, knows that doesn’t happen too much! ☺ I honestly cannot recommend Danielle enough. I feel so very lucky to have found her and honored that she was able to be a part of our day!

I don’t know how to express how amazing Danielle and her team were. From the start, Danielle spent time on understanding what our vision was for the wedding and how we wanted the day to go. As the planning process continued she was always available to help in any way.

Our wedding was at a campground and we were responsible for bringing in all the vendors, tables, decorations, linens, china…. (honestly the list could go on and on). She seamlessly coordinated all the vendors and beautifully executed an idea that was in my mind. Not once did she blink at a request or an extra thing put on the TO DO list. Danielle is a true professional; her attitude, work ethic, and dedication to her clients is obvious.

My husband and I were able to enjoy the entire day because of her and her team. The only thing I worried on that day was if my lipstick looked okay and that was because of her hard work. Hiring Danielle was by far the smartest investment for our wedding.

This will be yet another well deserved 5 star review for Danielle Pasternak.

I had the pleasure of organizing the wedding of my son and his bride who live in Japan and who would not be arriving here until two days before the big day. I knew from the get-go that, after all the work and planning that goes into such an event, I would want to be able to enjoy my time with them before they returned home.

Danielle made all of that possible, and more. I will echo what others have said about her enthusiasm, attention to detail, professionalism and flexibility. She kept the wedding planning on track and everyone on the same page. She is unflappable when the unexpected crops up – able to roll with the punches, improvise and come up with creative solutions. We also took advantage of several vendor recommendations and were very pleased with all of their services.

Because of Danielle and her staff, I was able to go “off duty” beginning with the rehearsal and simply and thoroughly enjoy the rest of the weekend. Priceless!

I thought writing Danielle’s thank you note was a challenge, but writing a review for her is just going to be next to impossible.

Right of the bat, Danielle was who I wanted. Just by her website I could tell that she was young, modern and fresh. In central Pa, you don’t get a lot of vendors like that. I emailed her for a price list, and as I expected, she was out of our budget. Saddened, I looked for another coordinator with no success. A few months after our initial email, I asked her again if we could work on the price. Graciously, she helped me work something out in our price range. She was so understanding and flexible, more than I could have hoped for!

At the end of it all, Danielle did way more that I paid her for. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I can’t count how many panicked texts I sent her when we had a groomsmen drop out, or when a DIY project just wasn’t working…but what I loved the most was texting her about the good stuff! She was there to cheer me on when I sent her pictures of the bridesmaids dresses or told her about how excited I was getting. She was the perfect mix of best friend and firefighter.

On the wedding day, Danielle handled everything with such charm. Let’s just say that all of our groomsmen were smitten from the beginning. Danielle got us through the wedding weekend so flawlessly, that I had no stress or worries. I owe that ALL to her.
