Starting immediately, reach out as often as you like with questions, thoughts or when you just need to vent. Always expect to receive a quick response within one business day and often within just a few hours (or less).
COMPLETE VENUE AND VENDOR COMMUNICATION
I’ll lead the charge on clear and consistent communication with your venue and wedding pros to review logistics, coordinate details, share timelines and keep your entire crew working as a great team and on the same page.
TOOLS TO MANAGE YOUR GUEST LIST
You’ll have private access to a dedicated online project management area with tools to manage your guest list, RSVPs and table assignments.
We’ll discuss your priorities for your wedding day and allocate your wedding budget accordingly. This can include a complete wedding budget breakdown with payment reminders.
INTERACTIVE WEDDING PLANNING CHECKLIST
Wedding planning comes with a lot of tasks and to-dos. You’ll have an entire list dedicated to you and your wedding that you’ll be able to move around, comment on, and stay focused with. Plus, you get the ultimate satisfaction of checking it off.
VENDOR VETTING AND RECOMMENDATIONS
You won’t just receive a long list of vendors who are recommended. You’ll receive highly tailored recommendations who can be pre-vetted to be available on your date and well within your budget.
COMPREHENSIVE AND ORGANIZED TIMELINE OF EVENTS
We’ll work with your team of vendors to create a cohesive, efficient and intentional timeline of events for your day. This timeline will become the go-to reference for all parties involved and keep everyone on your team on the same page.
CUSTOM MOOD BOARD
Design services will include a comprehensive, custom mood board with specific and visual design elements for all key areas of your wedding.
PROFESSIONAL FLOOR PLAN CREATION
Using the dimensions of your venue, you’ll receive a professional floor plan created to determine the best layout for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. This includes guest seating, dance floors, food and beverage, lounge areas, cocktail seating, and more.
INITIAL KICK-OFF AND BLUEPRINT MEETING
This will be our first official meeting to discuss the big-picture items of your day and get a clear understanding of your budget and priorities for your event.
VENUE TOUR AND LOGISTICS ASSESSMENT
We’ll do a full walkthrough of your venue to discuss the flow of your event and review any unique logistics to be considered.
INITIAL MEETINGS WITH TOP-PICK VENDORS
I’ll join you for the initial consultations of your favorite vendors to help ask questions and ensure you have all the information you need to make a decision that works best for you.
DESIGN AND TIMELINE MEETING
This meeting will kick off the second phase of planning which starts to focus on the details of your design vendors and the timeline of your day.
A lot of planning can be accomplished via email, but additional meetings can always be scheduled as the need arises.
COMPREHENSIVE FINAL DETAIL MEETING
Roughly 3-5 weeks before your wedding day, we’ll have a final meeting to review all aspects of your wedding. This is our chance to go over every little detail and make a solid plan for the final weeks.
FINAL VENUE WALKTHROUGH
We’ll walk through your reception venue to finalize all details with your venue coordinator including your floor plan, menu, and flow of events.
FINAL VENDOR MEETINGS
I will be available to join you for any final meetings with your team of vendors to verbally review timelines, go over setup and breakdown details, and confirm exactly what’s being provided.
Week Of Your Wedding
FINAL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR WEDDING TEAM
Your team of wedding professionals will be contacted to confirm details, production schedules, timelines, directions, parking, emergency contacts, and more to be fully prepared on the wedding day.
CEREMONY REHEARSAL GUIDANCE
I’ll present at your ceremony rehearsal to review where everyone will walk, sit, and stand. We’ll also review the moving parts of the ceremony so everyone feels comfortable and understands what to do.
Mini, pocket-sized versions of your timeline will be given to your VIPS at your ceremony rehearsal. Pocket timelines include the information your group needs to know like when to get dressed and where to be for photos.
Day Of Your Wedding
ON-SITE COORDINATION ON YOUR WEDDING DAY
On-site coordination includes up to twelve hours of on-site coordination from the DPNAK team (lead by Danielle Pasternak) of your wedding day events to oversee setup, manage the timeline, and ensure all aspects of the day are coming together as planned.
EMERGENCY KIT BAG ACCESS
You and your wedding party will have access to the DPNAK Emergency Kit Bag for items like band aids, bobby pins, safety pins, tissues, mints, and more.
SETUP OF PERSONAL DECOR ITEMS
Any personal decor items you have will be carefully placed and arranged as discussed. These items typically include your place cards, programs, toasting flutes, favors, etc.
The DPNAK team will breakdown and return your personal belongings at the end of the event, including gifts and cards, to a designated family member or friend.
