Banana Factory Wedding | Megan and Aaron

Megan and Aaron’s Banana Factory wedding had an ongoing theme of (fun-loving) competition. With one being a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, the other a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, the couple decided to make a friendly wager and get their wedding guests involved. Instead of traditional floral centerpieces, the middle of each guests’ table featured a popular board game like Cards Against HumanityTaboo, and Bananagrams (my favorite). Guests played before, during and after dinner and kept score for the night – gents representing the Groom vs. gals for the Bride. They even brought in some classic arcade games like PacMan and a Skeeball machine!

To top off their unique day, the couple opted for an authentic Chinese food cuisine provided by Simply Smooth Catering that was positively delicious, followed by an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen.

Kind words from the couple:

To coincide with our wedding competition theme, we’d decided in advance to have a Party Guest MVP. But it’s no surprise Danielle and her team were the clear winners. DPNAK ensured seamless flow of all-things-wedding, kept us in line, and impressed the pants off of our wedding party and guests. As an event planner myself, attention to detail, calm&cheerfulness under pressure, and anticipating solutions before they’re even required are crucial – DPNAK exhibits these in bounds.
