Ange and Seamus’s Overbrook Golf Club wedding was the last one of our 2021 season and I don’t think we could’ve ended on a better note.

This amazing couple came to me after not one, but TWO postponements due to the COVID pandemic. As listeners of the Put A Ring On It podcast, they had already been working with my co-host, Daniel Moyer, for photography. While their team of wedding pros had been super supportive throughout each postponement, they reached out in their initial email to say, “One way that we know we can make our wedding the absolute best that it can be is by bringing you into our team of wedding pros!”

As fellow HP-fans, I think we became BFFs during our first call (at least, that’s how I felt) and I was beyond honored to join their team and coordinate the details of their day.

What started as a late Spring 2020 wedding became a beautiful and very intentional Holiday 2021 wedding.

The day started with Ange and her VIPs getting ready at the Overbrook Golf Club and Seamus and his groomsmen getting ready at the Radnor Hotel. Daniel Moyer Photography and Tweed Video were there to capture it all.

The ceremony took place at the Chapel at St. Joseph’s University. Both Seamus and Ange were SJU alum, along with several of their wedding party, so the space truly held a special place in their hearts.

Following their ceremony, they spent a bit of time taking photos around campus. Afterwards, they and their guests traveled to Overbrook Golf Club for the reception.

Musicians from the Bachelor Boys Band entertained everyone during the extended cocktail hour. The couple’s pup, Sully, even made an appearance (sort of).

After guests took their seats for a delicious dinner, everyone came together on the dance floor for an incredible celebration of the love these two have for one another. It was a long year (years?) and with the holidays right around the corner, you could truly feel the excitement and love in the air. I mean, the last song of the night was even “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year”.
