Chelsea and Brian’s Good Vibes Bok Wedding

I don’t think I’ve ever had a harder time choosing some favorite photos to share from a wedding. Danielle from Sonderbird Photography did such an AMAZING job of capturing Chelsea and Brian’s day. Each photo captures a moment more perfect than the next.

From the couple, to the details, to the vibes. And boy, were there VIBES.

Chelsea and Brian’s wedding at Bok was full of joy, fun, really good vibes, and incredibly good people. Plus donuts. 🍩

So kindly enjoy far more photos than is necessary — because I just couldn’t narrow it down.

When Chelsea and Brian first chose to work with me as their coordinator, they shared that they wanted their wedding to have a “comfortable whimsy” about it with a fun, easy, and eclectic vibe.

Throughout the planning process, they were a DREAM to work with. Kind and communicative in their ways, trusting of their vendors, and full of fun and intentional ideas. They wanted to focus their budget where it mattered most to them: having a GREAT time with their friends and family.

So let’s start at the beginning of the day. Chelsea and Brian both opted to get ready on-site at Bok.

Bok currently has two spacious Getting Ready Suites available for couples who want to be close but separate in the morning. There is room for hair and makeup, soft seating, plus mirrors so you don’t have to go far to see how stellar you look.

And my-oh-my did these two look stellar.

Floral Pop Co. created all of the floral pieces, including this sharp pocket boutonniere for Brian.

I’m a BIG fan of these pocket boutonnieres and hope to see more of them in the upcoming months. Such a great look, totally unique, and easy to wear.

Brief moment of appreciation for these custom Koozies with the groom’s face all over. 👇

Chelsea and Brian opted to do their First Look on the 7th Floor Rooftop Terrace of Bok. While the wind can sometimes be a problem up that high, it actually caused Chelsea’s veil to add some major magic to the photo session.

These two. Truly so full of love, playfulness, joy and all things good.

After some photos, it was time for the ceremony on the 8th Floor Rooftop of Bok. This view will NEVER get old. And when there’s a perfectly sunny, blue-sky day like this… the guests are absolutely on cloud nine.

After the ceremony, the guests were treated to an incredible spread of stationed and passed hors d’oeuvres from DiBruno Bros Catering. They are one of my FAVORITE caterers to work with — especially at Bok.

Their watermelon and feta bites are BEYOND delicious!

As guests started to make their way down to the gymnasium for dinner and dancing, the couple snuck off for some dreamy sunset photos.

As guests made their way into the gym, you could just feel the excitement in the room. The couple thought of so many details specific to them and their guests — everything was such a hit! And came together BEAUTIFULLY!

Once everyone found their seats for dinner, the couple was introduced for their First Dance
— to “Coming Home”, by Leon Bridges followed by toasts from both of their Dads.

After dinner, Chelsea and Brian shared a bite of their donut cake, provided by Federal Donuts. Then everyone danced the night away thanks to DJ Torch from Icon DJs and the giant 🪩 DISCO BALL 🪩 in the Bok gymnasium.

Congratulations Chelsea and Brian on a love-filled, good vibes day! It was so much fun working with you and cheering you on each step of the way. xo.
