Summertime Glasbern Inn Wedding | Marielle and Frank
At DPNAK Events, it’s all about turning big wedding ideas into unforgettable memories. Recently, I had the privilege of working with an incredible bride and her mom to bring to life a wedding that perfectly exemplified the magic of love, resilience, and a touch of Mother Nature's unpredictability — all within the remarkable timeframe of six months.
With a storybook wedding like this, every moment deserved to be immortalized. Nina Lily Photography was the creative visionary behind the lens, capturing every smile, every tear, and every joyous dance move. Her talents brought this day to life, allowing the memories to live on forever.
Despite a rainy start to the day, the weather couldn't dampen the spirits of this radiant couple.
As the sun started to emerge, Marielle shared an incredibly touching 'First Look' moment with her dad outside the Stables at Glasbern Inn. The tears of joy that glistened in their eyes mirrored the rain's transformation into radiant sunshine, and truly touched my heart.
Meanwhile, Frank and his gents had a chill morning and shared a quick cheers before heading off to see his bride for the first time.
The rain continued to hold off while the couple took some photos together and exchanged their handwritten vows. This “private vow exchange” is something that I’m seeing more and more couples do. It’s a great way to share your promises to one another, without having all eyes on you during your ceremony. 👀
The setting for their nuptials? The beautiful Egner Memorial Chapel at Muhlenberg College. Nestled amidst lush greenery and rich history, it was the ideal backdrop for this love-filled celebration.
After the ceremony, guests made their way to Glasbern Inn for an evening of celebrations. Passed hors d’oeuvres and tasty drinks paired perfectly with the comfortable temperatures. (Luckily, the rain earlier in the day helped cool the air to a great temp.)
The floral arrangements, carefully curated by Allium Floral Design, were nothing short of enchanting. They added a touch of nature's beauty to every corner, from bouquets to tablescapes, making the day even more vibrant.
Sweet memories were made sweeter with delectable treats from Custom Cakes by Adele. Cakes, cupcakes, and cannolis — they had it all! These desserts were as beautiful as they were delicious.
The tunes that filled the air and got everyone dancing? The fantastic DJ services of Rockin' Ramaley. Their music turned the reception into a dance floor extravaganza, where love and laughter (and cannolis) flowed freely.
Marielle and Frank, you are a shining testament that “love conquers all” — even Mother Nature. It was as if the universe itself was celebrating your love story. Thank you for allowing me to join you for this whirlwind ride!
