FAQs

  • The first consultation is free and helps us determine if we’re a good fit for one another. It can take place via Zoom or phone call and typically takes 30 minutes or so.

If your date is available, you’ll received a link to my calendar to schedule this at a time that works well for you.

After the consultation, if things are feeling good, you’ll receive a custom proposal that includes everything you need — and nothing you don’t.

  • You will save the most time, money, frustration, and sanity if you reach out early in your planning process. But we can also accomplish quite a bit over just a few weeks, if we need to.

Overall, it’s best to have your date and venue booked prior to reaching out to schedule your first consultation. This will determine availability and what services you may or may not need.

  • You’re welcome to reach out at any point in your wedding planning process.

In order to schedule a free consultation, you’ll need to have these two details decided on as they determine availability and what services you may or may not need.

  • You can get help with wedding management (day-of coordination), partial planning, on-property planning or simply work together on an hourly consulting basis.

More information about services can be found here.

  • “Day-of coordination” can be a misleading term within the world of weddings. And coordinating your event goes FAR beyond the “day of” your actual wedding.

For this reason, I offer a comparable “Wedding Management” package which encompasses a more professional and prepared approach to day-of coordination so you can have total confidence in handing over the reigns on your day.

  • My passion and strengths lie in coordinating logistics and organizing all of the details. While I’m happy to recommend some fabulous creatives in the wedding industry, I’m not currently offering design services. That said, I’m happy to coordinate the details of your wedding day design and consult on what may or may not be needed for your event.

  • Super fair question. And it honestly depends on quite a few factors that are specific to your event.

That said, I know that SOME idea of numbers can be really helpful when you’re doing some preliminary research.

Pricing for Wedding Management (day-of coordination) services starts at $4150 and most DPNAK clients invest between $5500-$7500 in services.

Hourly consultations for venue research or “pick my brain” sessions start at $150 per hour.

  • Bucks County is home, but the DPNAK team happily travels throughout Bucks-Mont, Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, NEPA/Poconos, and the surrounding areas for most events.

On-property events are limited to the Bucks County area within 30 minutes of Perkasie, Pennsylvania.

  • Absolutely! Hourly consulting sessions are a great option for talking through some logistics or asking a specific question that you need help navigating. Feel free to use the contact form to inquire about this option.

When our wedding day finally arrived… we were able to take in the beauty of each moment without worrying about a single detail.
