I don’t hide the fact that I LOVE receiving things in the mail. Packages, letters, you name it… well, ok – not bills, but who likes them, really? One of my go-to places when it comes to gifts for friends, family, and sometimes myself is Uncommon Goods. They’re one of those websites that just have that special something that’s unique and completely ups your cool-factor.

Recently, this fun little pouch came in the mail to me. It actually came with another something that I’m going to show you later this week, but I need Mr. Blue Eyes help to put it together.

The pouch is handmade from repurposed mail sacks. It’s dimensions are approximately 5.25″ wide by 3.5″ tall and .5″ deep which is the perfect size to neatly hold my business cards in my purse. I’m constantly out at different events, meetings, anywhere really and I’m a big advocate of ALWAYS having business cards on you, but I didn’t have a safe space in my purse to keep them, so they’d be floating all over the bottom (hate that). This pouch, is the perfect size and I know it will be a conversation piece when I pull it out. Plus, it helps show more of our eco-friendly side.

The pouch would also make a very fun gift for a friend, bridal party member, or even maybe a fun, new wallet for Dad. Speaking of Dad, UncommonGoods is a GREAT place to find a cool, unique gift for him this upcoming June 17th.

And stay tuned for part II of this where I show you another fun gift I received from UncommonGoods!
